Q
What else can we provide after the model installation is completed?
A

Maintaining a high quality of service is as important to us as the production process.

We are happy to provide you with the best solution for storing/displaying your model to maximize its lifespan and providing additional development of the model afterwards, if required.

Q
Do you repair or update models?
A

We are frequently asked to repair or update models made by other companies who are either no longer trading or are too far away to be cost effective for minor amendments.

Please feel free to contact us for a quotation regarding any work on an existing model you may have.

Q
Is shipping and warranty of the model included?
A

Yes. We can customize shipping crates to assure the safety of your work during transport.

We deliver models throughout the metropolitan area, and across the country or overseas.

High quality service during the warranty period is as important as the production process, and we are happy to provide you with the best storage/display model solution to maximize the life cycle of the model.

If needed, we can also provide additional development of the model at a later stage.

Q
How late can changes be made?
A

Ideally we would like final drawings when we start construction but we understand that sometimes the design process carries on.

We try to make minor alterations without any additional cost or delays to the deadline.

If we have to alter or remake parts of the model this could incur additional cost and affect the deadline, depending on the extent of the alteration.

Q
What type of scale models do we produce?
A

Although we work in the range of 1:1 to 1:10,000, the scale of the model that suits you will depend on the purpose for which you are making the model.

The decision will depend on two factors: how large the actual area to be modeled is, and how much detail is needed.

We will be happy to advise you on the pros and cons of different scales.

Q
Is there any material I need to provide myself?
A

No need, we already has all the necessary materials and we have a dedicated team to perform all the tasks - from sample preparing, to start-up production, to shipping.

Q
What information is required to build the model?
A

The more information we get, the higher the quality of the model.

If you are unable to provide this information, we will do our best to meet your needs.

Q
How long does it take to complete a model?
A

The level of detail is the main factor determining the amount of time needed to complete your model.

A minor factor may be our existing commitments, but our main goal is to complete the model within the time frame you require.

Q
What type of models do we make?
A

Any type, any size, we provide you with high quality products and services.

Our models start from a simple architectural design drawing to the presentation of a complete model, the whole process is a scaled-down version of a completed architectural project.

Our models include technical details such as lighting effects and mechanical lifting devices in addition to the manual part.

This is the high level of detail we pride ourselves on displaying.

Q
Can I afford a model?
A

There is no definitive answer to this question.

Each project is unique and can be valued in the thousands to millions.

Larger and more complex models naturally cost more than smaller and simpler models.

We will quote you a realistic price based on the information you provide, such as details, dimensions, etc.

If necessary, we can also give you a rough estimate based on a verbal description, but the more specific the information, the more accurate the estimate will be.
